We invented the world’s first network camera back in 1996 and we’ve been innovators in video surveillance ever since, increasing the security of millions of people worldwide and helping to meet the growing need for a smarter, safer world. With the help of 90,000 partners, spanning 179 countries, we’ve delivered a series of groundbreaking products and many industry firsts. Our headquarter is based in Lund, in the south of Sweden, just a short train ride from Malmö and Copenhagen. Here we have around 1100 engineers gathered in one place. This together with our open company culture sets the scene for tremendous knowledge sharing, learning, development and innovation. 17% of Axis profit is re-invested into our R&D department and it is here the magic begins.
The past five years we have grown globally with 300 new colleagues each year, 200 of them located in Lund and we are continually growing.
