MS-Omics

MS-Omics is a service provider of metabolomics and data analysis. We support our customer’s analysis needs, from small to large studies. Our mission is to aid our customers in gaining a deeper insight into the underlying mechanisms of their studies. We unlock the potential of their research by using the power of metabolomics.

MS-Omics provide our customers with a full range of services to investigate the microbiome. In recent years, the gut microbiome has been linked to a variety of diseases ranging from diabetes and depression to intestinal diseases. Metabolomics can be applied to elucidate the link between the human microbiome and the metabolism of various cell types.

We are a growing company established in 2014 by Lea Giørtz Johnsen and Morten Danielsen who decided to create a workplace with room for creative development and professional challenges. In the first four years MS-Omics worked as an independent company located at University of Copenhagen. In 2018 we moved to Vedbæk north of Copenhagen, where we established new laboratories and increased our capacity.
