About NEIC
NEIC is an education innovation center specialized in educational, professional and cultural exchanges between China and the Nordic countries. NEIC was founded with the support of Innovation House China-Denmark established by the Chinese and Danish governments. The NEIC headquarter is located in Copenhagen with two other offices located in Shanghai and Chengdu.
Who we are
We are a team of experienced, innovative and creative professionals passionate about what we do. Since its establishment, NEIC has highly integrated into the local resources e.g. universities, research institutes, industry associations, government departments, well-known enterprises, non-profit organizations, etc. in the Nordic countries. At NEIC, innovation is the driving force for product development. We always carry with us the heart of humanity in education. Based on the Nordic concept of inclusive education, we deconstruct the educational training courses, themed study tours, professional study visits, as well as winter and summer schools for different age groups.
What we do
NEIC advocates the concept of “lifelong learning”. Based on the Nordic education models and teaching methods, as well as through a variety of educational innovation courses for ages 4-6/7-14/15-18, we strive to explore and put into practice the development of globally competent Chinese youth in a rapidly evolving world. Meanwhile, our professional training courses continue to focus on clean energy and environmental protection, health and elderly care, modern agriculture and food, business management and innovation, and other key industries in the Nordics.
Our goal
Our goal is to establish a NEIC curriculum system for all ages. We ensure that our curriculum system is in compliance with the physical and mental development as well as the educational needs of children and youth at all ages. The exploration of needs, the creation of experience, the harvest of fruitful rewards – all with a hint of Scandinavia.
