Penneo

Penneo was founded in Copenhagen in 2014 by three Danish entrepreneurs driven by the goal of simplifying the document signing process. By 2016, we had reached 500 customers and expanded our services to both Sweden and Norway, marking our initial steps towards international growth. 2020 was a historic year for Penneo as we became a publicly listed company, and later that year also expanded our product portfolio through the acquisition of KYC software from CLA Reply. In April 2022, we reached another significant milestone by listing on the Nasdaq Copenhagen Main Market.

Today, our journey continues. We are pursuing our ambitious growth plans and European expansion strategy.
